How to thrive in this role? •    You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (a Ph.D. in a relevant field is considered an asset). •    You have more than 15 years of relevant experience in structural design and stress engineering within the aerospace industry.  •    You are well-versed in Transport Canada, FAA, and EASA regulations. •    You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in team management. •    You will manage one or more projects with high-priority objectives requiring integration and coordination across multiple departments and functions.  •    You have experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers.  •    You will communicate with various executive levels, clients, and stakeholders.  •    Great asset: you are bilingual in French and English. English is mandatory.
