SpotLIGHT of the job
As an intern in our People Development team, you will gain comprehensive insights into HR development processes within an international, publicly listed company while actively supporting global learning, mentoring, and employee development initiatives. You will work at the intersection of learning, talent development, and digital HR systems and gain hands-on exposure to how people development is designed and delivered in a global corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Global Training Coordination & HR Development Support: Support the coordination, planning, and execution of global HR training programs (e.g. leadership development) and contribute to daily people development operations. Mentoring Program & Development Initiatives: Take initial responsibility for supporting the mentoring program and other people development initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment. Learning Management System (myCAMPUS) Administration: Support the maintenance, updates, and administrative management of our Learning Management System (myCAMPUS) to ensure accurate and efficient learning processes. Stakeholder Collaboration & HR Support: Maintain communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments and support alignment on people development activities and processes.
Skills & Experience
You are enrolled in a degree program with a focus on Human Resources or a related field. You ideally already have some initial experience in an industrial or corporate environment. A structured and independent working style characterizes you, along with a strong motivation to contribute and drive implementation. You are proficient in MS Office applications. You have very good German and English skills. You are available from early June 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.
