Your job
Monitoring and support for the continuous improvement of the problem solving process in production according to the use of quality and Lean Six Sigma tools to ensure output production in accordance with the appropriate quality standards (ISO 9001, ENEC,CCC,UL,KC) Problem solving procedures (8D, JIRA). Evaluation of corrective and preventive actions for regeneration or improvement of product quality Providing potential customer care solutions so that escalation through the right business channel can be undertaken Handling QM notifications, tasks, sending spare parts (coding complaints) BD (back desk) for local and global customer complaints including TPP or other Plants Track costs for closed complaints and track incoming and open customer complaints Problem analysis and resolution either by offering customer support over the phone or by visiting the client in person, including troubleshooting and troubleshooting Application of the principles of statistical quality, creation and maintenance of a quality database, preparation of reports and recommendations for improving the quality of KPIs Perform internal processes and product audits Identify risks and opportunities in the process Understanding and applying the 6S principles Taking on other tasks that may be assigned by the direct manager
Your profile
University degree - Mechanical or Electrical Faculty Fluent written and spoken English Working experience in quality department (processing customer complaints) is desirable Good communication and organizational skills Work experience in different cultural environments Knowledge of computer work - programs "Microsoft Office" / SAP Understanding of quality management systems, ISO standards and quality tools Experience in the practical use of quality tools and methods (FMEA / CP / SPC / MSA) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
